Southern Pest has always done great for us over the last 20 years. Our service person contacts us when he is on the way. Always friendly and trustworthy. With the plan that we have, he will go through the house, ask if we have had any problems, and let us know of issues in our area to look out for. Fast and effecient. Then he sprays or spreads granules around the house. We have not had any issues so far, and do not expect to. Thank you Southern Pest Control.

Only putting 5 stars because they will not post bad reviews but 1 star is what they really deserve.
Long story short. They had an emergency & had to reschedule my appointment . I have a specific day of the week I can have treatments done so at the earliest, I would be waiting an additional month for their scheduling problem. That does not sit well with me & saddens me that I am now ending a 20 year relationship with them but when you put profit or a take it or leave it approach to customers you will drive them away as is where I am at now. If I am to be just a number & a paycheck, I might as well go with a chain company that has enough service people to handle the needs of paying customers. I am a support local businesses kind of person but now have been driven to seek another pest control agency to accommodate my needs. The new regimen that runs SPC now only see profit over people. I wish them all the luck but with the new business concept they have adopted, Iโm sure they will loose more long time customers.
