Dezi is on top of keeping us on time for our pest control. We have had the service since we moved in and have not had any issues with rodents, roaches, or ants. They are always friendly and professional. They always try to call and if I can’t answer I’m able to do any scheduling or specific services through text. This is very convenient and easy. Very pleased with customer service by Denzi and our service guy Lane. Would recommend.

Our technician, Micheal, is always very nice and thorough in his service. He is very knowledgeable. My only issue is with scheduling with the main office. Visits are scheduled around their schedule, not mine, meaning that I often have to arrange someone else to come sit at my home on days that they can come out, even when scheduling weeks out. I’m sure they do it to save time, but our other provider was very considerate of our time in this regard.
